Cloud Services
Our IDM100 works with Dictum Health’s HIPAA-compliant cloud services, which serve as secure data transfer and video conferencing gateways. Thus, our integration of cloud services with the IDM100 allows for unparalleled efficiency in clinical workflows and data management. Two of our featured cloud solutions are Virtual Exam Room and Care Central.
Virtual Exam Room
Virtual Exam Room enhances consultation with remote patients and expedites clinical decision-making. Like a physical exam room, Dictum Health’s Virtual Exam Room is completely private, enabling a clinician to conduct an examination of a remote patient, and then, in real-time, view and interpret that patient’s data to make a clinical decision.
Care Central
Our Care Central intelligent software platform serves as a central location for physicians and patients to use our solutions through a simple web interface. Care Central administers patient data and Virtual Exam Room services, enabling clinicians to work with patients and their data, even remotely.
IDM100 Device:
Indicated for use by clinicians in clinical settings and for home use by patients, the IDM100 is an integrated medical tablet revolutionizing how patients and health care providers connect for clinical care anytime, anywhere. Patients and clinicians use the IDM100 to interact in person, or remotely, with Virtual Exam Room, our HIPAA-compliant, secure video conferencing feature. In addition, the IDM100 also stores and seamlessly synchronizes patient data to Electronic Medical Records. When a Virtual Exam is conducted with the IDM100, the clinician can remotely view the patient’s diagnostic data in real time with the clinical accuracy of an in office exam.
Virtual Exam Room
VER uses the IDM100 with video conferencing technology to connect providers with patients anytime, anywhere. Like an actual exam room, the VER is completely private using the same clinically accurate medical equipment, while providing secure real-time access to physicians. With the VER, patients can see a clinician, stream diagnostic data, and share medical images.
Dictum Link Manager
The DLM is a comprehensive software suite for healthcare facilities to customize their private server and integrate with Dictum Health’s product platform. In this capacity, the DLM establishes a seamless patient data transfer gateway between the IDM100 and an Electronic Medical Record system. In addition to patient data management, the DLM provides an administrative portal for: managing users, configuring and maintaining IDM100s, and providing patient data management and TeleHealth services. The DLM - Telehealth edition features Care Central hosting of secure, remote exams anytime, anywhere, between patients and clinicians.
