Bushra Alam graduated from the City University of New York with a BS in Psychology and a minor in Business Management. She also received her Master of Health Administration from Hofsta University and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

In the past, Mrs. Alam was the Director of Operations at a national post-acute care telemedicine provider, where she wore many hats. She was responsible for the recruitment, hiring and training of the Operations Team. When managing any team, Bushra firmly believes in a Strengths-Based Management approach, which strategically places employees in roles that utilize their strengths and sets them up for success. Bushra also helped build the operational infrastructure of the organization, as well as the 2^nd generation telemedicine equipment. She meticulously managed the launch of their telemedicine services and enjoyed orchestrating the process while building the initial relationship with the client.

Bushra is also an Independent Consultant who provides operational expertise to projects and start-ups in the healthcare industry and is seen as a highly valuable contributor to healthcare strategies, businesses, and initiatives. She is an experienced professional with a deep interest in participating in healthcare transformation, which is why TeleHealth Solution is such a great fit for her passion.

During her spare time, Bushra volunteers for various non-profit organizations, where she generally holds project management/advisory roles. She is a member of the Advisory Council for Surgeons of Hope.

Bushra currently resides in New York with her husband and loves cooking and traveling.
